Unless you have made alternative arrangements with our staff, the following procedures will apply.

GATWICK  SOUTH TERMINAL

Please return the car to the Short Term Car Park  South Terminal which is clearly marked  if possible enter by the left hand barrier. On taking a ticket proceed to Car Park No. 1 (Blue Car Park) on the left hand side and go up one Storey to Level 1. This takes you to the correct level for the Terminal Building thus avoiding stairs and lift. Ensure you leave the Car Park Ticket over the Drivers Sun Visor, leaving keys locked in the car. Our staff will gain entry with spare key and collect the vehicle. Ignore the signs on arriving at Gatwick saying Car Hire Return which refers to the Rental Company’s located in the Airport.

GATWICK NORTH TERMINAL

Please return the vehicle to the short term car park in the North Terminal opposite the Meridian  Hotel. This is clearly signed and is the only short term car park at the Terminal. Please park the vehicle on level 3 as it is on the same level as the entry into the terminal  building . If unable to find space please go up to level 4 or 5. Please remember to leave the car park ticket over the drivers sun-visor  and lock the keys inside the car as instructed. Our staff will collect the vehicle with a spare key.
